OOSH NEWS

That’s it everyone, before and after school care is done and dusted and we have only two days left before we close our doors for a well earned break until January 13th.

If you haven’t got those bookings in for January, don’t forget to do them this week. We still have spots available on most days. A copy of the program and the link for booking are on the website. Don’t forget we will take children not attending Avalon School or children starting kindergarten in 2025. Please give us a call or send an email if you have any questions at all regarding the holidays.

We have had a great year with lots of ups and downs and are all looking forward to Christmas and 2025. We wish all our families a very Merry and safe Christmas and a Happy 2025.

We will be looking forward to catching up with you all in the New Year.

We are nearly there!!!!

Only one week from today until school breaks up and the end of another year of OOSH.

We will be open on Thursday and Friday next week for Vacation care. If you haven’t already done so, please get those bookings sorted so we have enough supplies and staff for those two days.

As advised before, we have not put out a program for these days, we will play it by ear.
The kids have had a busy few weeks and if all they want to do is sit under a tree and commune with nature, that’s fine. If they want to participate in craft and art activities, there will be lots available where we use up all our leftover Christmas craft supplies. We will have plenty of activities to keep them entertained.

On Friday afternoon, we will have a Christmas party for the children from 3.00 until 6.30. We will close on Friday the 20th at 6.30 and reopen on January 13th 2025 for Vacation Care.

Please get your bookings in for the holidays as soon as possible. We need to give our numbers to any external providers well in advance so they’re able to cater for us.

Children who are not attending Avalon School are welcome to attend in the holidays. If you have visiting families and would like a day off from children, you are welcome to enrol them for a day or two. Go out and have that relaxed lunch and leave the kids to us.
