HOW DO I REGISTER?
Every child must be registered for each new term and for each vacation period. Registration forms must be completed and returned to confirm your booking. A $100.00 annual registration fee applies per family when you lodge your first form for the year. Online Registrations available at avalonoosh.hubworks.com.au
WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
Before School Care 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. $18.00 per child
After School Care 3:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. $28.00 per child
Vacation Care 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. $85.00 per day – per child
Excursions Additional Fees may apply
GENERAL INFORMATION We offer permanent places for both Before & After School Care. Accounts are billed once a fortnight in arrears for permanent bookings.
Vacation Care bookings can only be accepted if all accounts are settled from the previous term. To secure a place is vacation Care you must complete a registration form and full payment for the entire period must be made in advance. There is no refund or credit given for cancellations during Vacation Care. Please note that during vacation care children must bring there own lunches, snacks and drinks.
Statements can be requested at any time to provide details of your account. Receipts for payments are issued on your Hubworks account. Child Care Subsidy is available through Centrelink.
Afternoon tea is provided during After School Care only. A No Hat No Play rule applies for outdoor activities, especially during Summer months.
The Management Committee meets once a month and parents are always welcome to attend. Please ask for details of the next meeting.
