Refund Policy

Once Care has been provided, Avalon OOSH does not offer refunds for sessions.

Avalon OOSH may, under special circumstances, provided a credit for a non attended booked session. This will require approval by the Coordinator.

Before & After School Care fees may be cancelled/credited if an application is submitted to the Coordinator in writing  prior to the session in question. However, this will not be guaranteed.
